CURRENT INBOUND EXCHANGE STUDENT TRAVEL REQUEST: 

For inbound exchange students must review the travel guildelines below and if necessary complete the Travel Request form. All travel MUST be approved prior to leaving Dist 6510. 

 

Trip Options and Approvals:

TRAVEL WITH HOST PARENTS:

1.       Trip is OUTSIDE District 6510 and GREATER than 24 hours.

A.      District Approval – student must complete the form on www.rotaryyouth.org AND

B.      Receive approval response PRIOR to trip

2.   Trip is INSIDE District 6510 and GREATER than 24 hours.

A.      Notify Host Club Counselor

TRAVEL WITH SOMEONE OTHER THAN HOST PARENTS:

1.       Trip is OUTSIDE District 6510 and GREATER than 24 hours.

A.      Host Family Approval AND

B.      Host Club Approval AND

C.      District Approval – Student must complete the form on www.rotaryyouth.org AND

D.      Receive approval response PRIOR to trip

2.       Trip is INSIDE District 6510 and GREATER than 24 hours.

A.      Host Family Approval AND

B.      Notify Host Club Counselor

3.       Trip is OUTSIDE District and LESS than 24 hours.

A.      Host Family Approval AND

B.      Notify Host Club Counselor

4.       Trip is INSIDE District 6510 and LESS than 24 hours.
